The map of the City of Toronto outdoor rinks, skating trails and indoor arenas, with the live status of each one: open, closed or with a notice.
The City outdoor rinks charge no entry fee. If you do not have skates, you can rent them: at Nathan Phillips Square, in front of City Hall, it costs about CAD 15.
Besides regular rinks, some parks have skating trails, where you skate along a path. They show up in green on the map.
Gloves and a hat that covers your ears are a must. Wear layers: you warm up while skating and cool down fast when you stop.
If you want to study in Toronto, NEW Intercambio takes care of everything with you, with a team right here in the city.
