Anyone who lives, works or studies in Toronto can get a free library card. Bring an ID and proof of address to any branch.

A place to study

Every branch has free Wi-Fi, tables and computers. The large libraries have more space and usually stay open in the evening: mark "Open in the evening".

With the card you borrow books, films and e-books, and you can join the free events that the libraries hold every week.
